Job Description

As a Dining Room and Cafeteria Attendant / Bartender Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will assist customers, set tables, and support waitstaff in providing top-notch service, making dining experiences enjoyable for all.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the dining area.
  • Assist with cleaning dishes and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Help train new staff on procedures and customer service standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Assist the bartender with stock management and bar setup.
  • Assist in planning and organizing food service events.
  • Provide feedback on service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in bartending or food service is a plus
