Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator at Cutting Edge Textiles, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machinery to produce high-quality textile products. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sewing machinery for various textile products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Document daily production output and issues encountered.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of sewing materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in textiles or other manufacturing preferred but not mandatory.
