Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Feeder and Offbearer where your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all manufactured products meet specified weight criteria. This role requires someone who is meticulous, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate weighing equipment accurately.
• Document weight data for all raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify and report discrepancies to the production supervisor.
• Train team members on equipment operation and weight compliance.
• Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain product standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role is preferred
