Job Description

As a Validation Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our product offerings. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute qualification plans, ensuring that our innovative products meet stringent industry standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams, analyze test data, and implement necessary improvements to facilitate compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage qualification testing plans for new and existing products.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure product design meets compliance.
  • Analyze data from tests, troubleshoot defects, and report findings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing standards.
  • Engage with design and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor industry standards and technology developments for best practices.
  • Lead internal audits related to product quality and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to maintain standards.
  • Assist in the development of quality metrics and dashboards for monitoring.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences
  • Master's degree or additional QA certifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in validation or quality assurance roles
