Seeking skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders who are passionate about rubber manufacturing. As part of our dynamic team, you'll oversee production processes and ensure that our rubber products meet quality standards. The right candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain rubber down equipment efficiently.
• Monitor and control production processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Perform regular quality checks on rubber products to identify defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
• Train and mentor junior team members in operational procedures.
• Document production data accurately and assist in reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in rubber manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rubber manufacturing
