Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, you will operate and maintain tumbling machines to finish metal components. You'll ensure the machines run smoothly while adhering to quality standards, working closely with your team to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tumbling machines for the production run.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished components.
• Collaborate with quality control to address any defects.
• Perform machine adjustments to optimize production.
• Document maintenance tasks and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Help train new employees on machine operation and safety.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with quality control processes

Languages

• English: Fluent
