The Aircraft Service Attendant plays a vital role in delivering high-quality service to passengers and crew aboard the aircraft. Responsibilities include ensuring cabin cleanliness, passenger comfort, and safety compliance. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cabin preparations prior to boarding.
• Assist passengers with their seating arrangements and personal belongings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and emergency procedures.
• Serve meals and beverages during the flight.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their flying experience.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members for effective in-flight operations.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of food and supplies.
• Participate in cabin cleaning and restocking after each flight.
• Follow company service policies diligently.
• Resolve passenger conflicts promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
