Job Description

As a mechanic focused on outdoor power equipment and small engines, your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. We seek candidates with a strong background in automotive systems and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and identify issues in various outdoor power equipment and small engines.
  • Conduct repairs and regular maintenance including engine tune-ups, oil changes, brake adjustments.
  • Use diagnostic tools to locate malfunctions and deliver effective solutions.
  • Replace or repair faulty parts, systems, or components as needed.
  • Maintain records of all repairs, service, and any additional work performed.
  • Test equipment and vehicles to confirm repairs meet safety standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and providing advice.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an automotive technician training program
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic specializing in vehicles or small engines.
