Job Description
As a Grill Prep Cook, you will be integral to our kitchen team, ensuring the preparation of ingredients and marinating meats. You will handle the grill station efficiently while collaborating with our cooks to deliver perfect grilled dishes.
Responsibilities
Prepare all ingredients needed for the grill station.
Ensure all grilling equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
Work alongside other cooks to meet the demands of high-volume service.
Implement portion control for all grilled items.
Conduct quality checks on grilled products before serving.
Participate in team meetings to discuss menu changes and kitchen operations.
Requirements
Education

Experience
Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
