As a Shoe and Leather Worker, you will play a crucial role in our footwear production process. Your primary responsibilities will include sewing and stitching various components of shoes, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and design. Responsibilities

• Utilize sewing and shaping equipment for footwear assembly.
• Analyze design specifications for proper execution during assembly.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed footwear.
• Collect feedback from team members to improve production methods.
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent working condition.
• Assist with the training of newcomers in footwear assembly techniques.
• Collaborate with the production team on continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Log production metrics and look for areas of improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience as a Footwear Stitcher or in a similar role

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
