We are seeking skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operators/Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidates will operate and maintain filling and packaging machines, ensuring quality standards are met while optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and perform repairs as needed.
• Record production metrics and prepare reports.
• Implement best practices for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in packaging or machine operation

Technical Skills

• Equipment Troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
