Job Description

As a Domestic Laundry Worker at Quality Laundry Services Inc., you will be responsible for washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens for our clients. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed examinations of land titles and legal documents related to property ownership.
• Verify legal descriptions of properties, identifying any discrepancies.
• Review and interpret deeds and surveys to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Determine title validity and identify any liens or judgments affecting the property.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of title searches.
• Keep abreast of local and national regulations related to property ownership.
• Other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience

• 3+ years in title examination, real estate, or related fields required

• GIS Software

Certifications

• Title Insurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
