Job Description

Join us as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist where you'll ensure our products meet regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to develop regulatory strategies, submitting necessary documentation, and managing compliance throughout the product lifecycle. This position is vital for maintaining our company's high standards of safety and efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regulatory assessments for new product introductions.
  • Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with label and packaging design teams to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of state, federal, and international regulations.
  • Identify and communicate potential regulatory issues to management.
  • Develop strategies for gaining expedited approvals from regulatory agencies.
  • Establish and refine internal processes for regulatory submissions.
  • Provide technical support to project teams regarding regulatory matters.
  • Engage with external consultants as necessary for comprehensive compliance solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in Regulatory Affairs or related fields preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs
