Job Description

The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, and providing guidance on compliance issues. A strong background in financial services compliance is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compliance training curriculum for new hires.
  • Lead cross-departmental compliance meetings.
  • Assess and report on compliance risks to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external auditors on compliance audits.
  • Track and report on key compliance metrics.
  • Foster relationships with industry peers to share compliance best practices.
  • Review compliance-related documentation for accuracy.
  • Identify areas for process improvements in compliance.
  • Facilitate corrective action for compliance deficiencies.
  • Support the development of compliance-related technology solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Compliance, Business, or Finance preferred
Experience
  • 8-10 years of compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
