Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the company.
  • Help develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company remains in good standing.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the resolution of employee issues.
  • Compile HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR software and tools to streamline HR processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing the HR timeline.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of HR trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment
