Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing essential support to employees regarding their benefits. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the employee benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Work with legal teams to ensure compliance in benefits administration.
  • Provide training to HR staff regarding benefits policies and processes.
  • Facilitate communication with vendors and insurance providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing benefits programs and present recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction with benefits offerings.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits materials and resources to employees.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions related to benefits.
  • Support the implementation of new HR software related to benefits management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Professional certification in benefits administration preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience in benefits administration
