Job Description

We are in search of skilled Plating Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to oversee the plating process in our manufacturing facility. If you have expertise in operating coating machines and uphold quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee benefits policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and benchmark benefits packages against industry standards.
  • Facilitate educational workshops on benefits to improve employee understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with legal advisors to ensure all benefits comply with federal and state laws.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement with benefits offerings.
  • Perform data analysis to assess the cost-effectiveness of benefit programs.
  • Develop reports and metrics to present benefits-related data to management.
  • Assist with strategic planning for total rewards initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs and changes.
  • Coordinate annual benefits renewals and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in employee benefits management
