Responsibilities

• Help guests with luggage, ensuring a stress-free experience.

• Offer information about the facility and surrounding areas.
• Schedule transportation and assist with guest accommodations.
• Respond to questions and resolve any guest issues promptly.
• Keep the arrival area tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Work in conjunction with the staff to ensure smooth guest transitions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow all relevant company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
