Job Description

As a Commercial Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement cost-effective solutions tailored to optimize our commercial operations. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring your engineering expertise promotes overall business performance and meets client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of engineering processes that drive efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate and mitigate technical risks associated with projects.
• Ensure project timelines are adhered to while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote engineering projects.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within projects.
• Prepare documentation necessary for project approvals and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and provide leadership within the engineering team.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial engineering
