Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and health assessments.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Administer intravenous therapies and monitor patient responses.
• Lead patient education sessions focusing on health management strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately and timely.
• Implement infection control protocols to maintain patient safety.
• Mentor and train new nursing staff and students as needed.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote health education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Patient Assessment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages
