Responsibilities

• Develop personalized wellness plans aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate coaching sessions, providing motivation and accountability.
• Organize and lead educational workshops on health and wellness topics.
• Evaluate and adjust wellness plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Provide insights on nutrition, fitness, and mental health strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance wellness programming.
• Research wellness trends and incorporate evidence-based practices into coaching.
• Utilize technology for remote coaching and tracking client progress.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• Certification in specialized wellness areas

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in wellness coaching or health promotion

Technical Skills
