Job Description

The Mirror Manufacturing Department Supervisor will oversee the production and quality of mirrors in our facility. This role involves leading a skilled team, ensuring production schedules are met, and upholding stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality mirrors.
• Manage workflow and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Lead efforts to meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop training programs aimed at skill enhancement for team members.
• Oversee compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communications to support operational goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to drive engagement and address issues.
• Evaluate and refine production processes for optimized performance.

• Guide teams through production standard changes and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
