Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker. In this position, you will assist in mixing and blending ingredients for our baby formula, ensuring everything is done to perfection to safeguard the health of our littlest consumers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baby formula mixtures adhering to company recipes.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document all production processes and inventory levels.
• Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to uphold product quality.
• Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Exposure to labeling software

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Time management
• Ability to work in a team

Certifications

• Certification in Food Handling or Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated mixing systems: Hands-on experience with machinery for food preparation.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations: Familiarity with guidelines governing baby formula production.
