Job Description

Join our Prepress team as a technician responsible for preparing printing plates. You will play a key role in removing unwanted areas from plates, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production timelines.

• Conduct troubleshooting of any issues with printing materials or equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Training in lithographic stripping or printing technology preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a production or prepress environment.

Technical Skills

• Color management techniques
• Mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with a variety of printing methods and materials: Ability to adapt to different printing processes as needed.
• Familiarity with color calibration: Knowledge of processes involved in color management and printing.
