Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented People Greeter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, warmly welcoming them as they arrive and assisting with any inquiries. Your exceptional service and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression, ensuring our customers feel valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to customers.
- Assist with finding items or directing customers to the relevant departments.
- Deliver information about current promotions and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Keep the entrance area tidy and well-presented.
- Monitor customer behavior for safety and report concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Aid in the management of shopping carts and related equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold service standards.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
