Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Radio, Cellular, and Tower Equipment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, adjusting, and repairing radio and telecommunications equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new radio systems.
• Evaluate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform necessary adjustments to enhance overall performance of radio equipment.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and tools required for repairs.
• Conduct training sessions for new team members on installation procedures.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and feedback on equipment.
• Assist in testing equipment performance and conducting field surveys.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to handle urgent issues.
• Ensure that all work complies with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Telecommunications or Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in installation and repair
