Job Description
As a Warp Tension Tester, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards by monitoring and adjusting warp tension during production. Your work will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular tension tests on textile materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze data from tension tests and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve tension-related issues.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure reliable results.
- Assist in developing tension testing protocols and procedures.
Advantageous
- Experience in Quality Assurance Roles: Prior experience in quality assurance in textile environments is a plus.
- Ability to Read Schematics: Skill in interpreting technical schematics for troubleshooting.
