Job Description

We seek a skilled Filler Block Inserter to enhance our production team’s efficiency. This position involves making precise insertions of filler blocks into products while adhering to quality standards and specifications. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional manual dexterity and an eagerness to work collaboratively within a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on products post-insertion.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with filling machinery.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management for filler materials.
• Support the shift supervisor in daily production meetings.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience as a filler block inserter is advantageous but not required.
