Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welding, Soldering, and Brazing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our Chicago facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining arc welding machines, ensuring quality and precision in fabrication and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up welding machines and adjust settings according to specifications.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Assist in the development of new welding techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of production and repair activities.
• Provide input on equipment upgrades and maintenance needs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication

Technical Skills

• Multiple Welding Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
