Tire Recapper

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tire Recapper to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to recondition worn-out tires by applying new treads. The ideal candidate should have experience in the tire industry and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify suitable tires for recapping.
• Utilize buffing machines to prepare tires for new tread application.
• Use tread application equipment correctly to ensure quality.
• Verify adhesion and quality upon completion of the recapping process.
• Keep detailed records of production processes and outcomes.
• Follow strict safety and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adapt to various manufacturing tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in tire recapping or related roles

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
