We are currently seeking dedicated Textile Cutting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate and set up cutting machines to produce high-quality textile products. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential as you will measure, cut, and inspect fabric to ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate cutting machines for different fabric types.
• Monitor machine processes and maintain equipment properly.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize production tasks.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new machine operators.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all guidelines.
• Resolve minor machine issues to maintain workflow.
• Engage in cross-training for other production roles as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in textile cutting or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Machine setup and calibration
• Safety protocols

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in safety protocols: Certification in OSHA safety standards related to manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience: Experience in leading a team of machine operators is a plus.
