Job Description

As a Construction Flagger, you play a crucial role in maintaining the safety of both construction workers and the public by directing traffic in work zones. You'll be responsible for using flags, signs, and signals to guide vehicles safely around construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to create a secure environment for construction activities.
• Provide clear directional signs and instructions to the public.
• Engage with the public to offer assistance and answer questions about traffic flow.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of traffic control measures and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Construction Flagger is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Traffic Control Equipment Familiarization

Certifications

• Traffic Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in traffic control: Experience in managing traffic in various construction environments.
• Certification in First Aid: Having a First Aid certification will be considered a plus.
