Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead design charrettes and brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Ensure all designs are sustainable and in line with environmental standards.
• Mentor junior architects and interns to promote professional development.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for public hearings and community meetings.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement post-completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Project Management Tools

Certifications

• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
