You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications for initial qualification.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for role and company culture.
• Manage the recruitment process including interview scheduling and reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion policies.
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR Manager.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Engage with potential candidates through social media and professional networks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
