Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Orlando. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Experience in fostering a positive work environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions and managing applicant tracking.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
  • Develop training programs to increase employee skill sets and knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace regulations and HR best practices.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and professional development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
