Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee benefits programs. You will actively engage with employees to educate and assist them in making informed decisions that align with their needs, ensuring overall satisfaction and compliance with current regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new benefits initiatives based on employee feedback and market research.
  • Evaluate employee benefits programs for effectiveness and compliance.
  • Facilitate training sessions on benefits programs for employees and HR staff.
  • Work closely with insurance providers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee benefit records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Certification in Employee Benefits or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in benefits administration or related field.
