Swager Operator

Job Description

As a Swager Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining swaging machines to shape metal tubes and rods. Precision and attention to detail are paramount in this position, as you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the products being produced. Responsibilities

• Operate and ensure the proper function of swaging machinery.
• Check machinery performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed products.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on production machines.
• Resolve any production issues that may disrupt workflow.
• Practice safe work habits and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Engage with team members to meet daily production quotas.
• Record and report production statistics accurately.
• Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles

Technical Skills

• Technical drawing interpretation
• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent
