Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety procedures and enforce sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food service.
• Adjust recipes and portion sizes to adhere to budget constraints.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Implement innovative cooking techniques to enhance dish quality.
• Analyze customer preferences and adjust menus accordingly.
• Participate in vendor meetings to negotiate pricing and quality.

Requirements

Education

• Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent certification
• Additional training in food safety is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in fine dining establishments

Certifications

• Culinary Certification from recognized institute

Languages
