We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineer to join our talented team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of chemical processes and will participate in the design, development, and optimization of chemical manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement process improvements for chemical production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project needs.
• Analyze chemical processes for environmental impact and compliance.
• Design laboratory experiments to validate process changes.
• Document engineering specifications and procedures.
• Train staff on new techniques and safety protocols.
• Assist in budget preparation for engineering projects.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities in good condition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in a chemical engineering environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
