Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential and commercial projects, focusing on sustainable designs and compliance with local regulations. This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects from conception through completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Implement sustainable practices in project design and execution.
  • Coordinate with government agencies regarding permits and regulations.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to on-site.
  • Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
