Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Health Education Specialist to implement and manage health promotion programs within our community. The ideal candidate will develop initiatives that enhance wellness, educate individuals, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of community health fairs and education events.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop health improvement strategies.
• Analyze health data to identify trends and protect public health.
• Provide educational workshops on wellness topics such as nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations to enhance community health resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree in Health Education preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in health education and community outreach

• Health Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)

Languages

• English: Fluent
