Job Description

The Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist will take a central role in analyzing and evaluating the compensation and benefits offered by the company. You will conduct in-depth wage analysis, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve current pay structures. This role is critical in ensuring that our employees are competitively compensated and that we comply with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and refine employee benefit packages.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Conduct training for HR staff on compensation-related issues.
  • Support the annual salary review process.
  • Assist in job evaluations to ensure fair compensation.
  • Provide analytical support in workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in wage analysis
Technical Skills
  • Oracle or SAP
