Job Description

As a Microwave Oven Assembler, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality microwave ovens. Your responsibilities will include reading assembly instructions, fitting components, and ensuring that each unit meets our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions for microwave ovens.
• Assemble components including wiring harnesses and electronic controls.
• Utilize tools effectively while practicing safe assembly techniques.
• Conduct inspections of finished units and rectify any identified issues.
• Keep the workstation clean and promote a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the assembly team to achieve daily production goals.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any assembly challenges.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production processes and improvements.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing roles preferred
