Job Description

As a Residential Advisor (House Mother), you will be essential in creating a safe and supportive community for our residents. Your role encompasses supervision, emotional support, and managing household tasks, ensuring that students thrive in their living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and support to a diverse group of residents.
  • Manage daily operations of the residence hall.
  • Develop programming that promotes community building.
  • Respond to and manage emergencies and crises effectively.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to enhance student support.
  • Implement policies and procedures within the residence community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience managing a household and working with diverse populations.
