Job Description

We are seeking reliable Farm Labor Contractors tasked with maintaining sanitation and hygiene across our facilities. The ideal candidate will execute various responsibilities including cleaning animal housing, disposing of waste, and ensuring compliance with biosecurity measures to foster a safe environment for our operation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment used on the farm.
  • Conduct regular inspections of farm facilities for sanitation standards.
  • Help develop improvements in sanitation processes.
  • Be proactive in suggesting new cleaning techniques or supplies.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Document any incidents or observations regarding sanitation issues.
  • Facilitate communication with the Sanitation Supervisor regarding job needs.
  • Participate in workshops to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Engage in continuous learning about organic farming practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED, further education in Agriculture preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm sanitation preferred

Languages
