Prepress Technician

Job Description

As a Prepress Technician, you will operate photolithography equipment and produce high-quality semiconductor and microelectronic components. Ideal candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and be adept at managing production processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate photolithography equipment for various projects.
• Implement improvements in operational efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials for photolithography.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste.
• Participate in troubleshooting meetings to address production issues.
• Perform data analysis on production metrics to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the photolithography process

Technical Skills

• Microscopy
• Automated Equipment Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
