Pipe Fitter Helper

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Pipe Fitter Helpers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with pipe installations and maintenance, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety standards are met on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation of various piping systems including water, gas, and HVAC.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing existing pipe systems.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety.
• Provide general labor support as needed for the construction team.
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety and quality on the job site.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a pipefitting trade school or similar program is highly desirable

Experience

• Some experience in plumbing or HVAC preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local plumbing codes: Understanding of local regulations regarding plumbing installations.
