Fence Erector

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fence Erector to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation and repair of fences in various settings, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of fencing materials and structures.
• Test and ensure adequate functionality of gates and locks.
• Train new employees on fencing installation and repair techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in workforce development.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools to ensure job readiness.
• Attend team meetings to discuss project statuses and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Understanding of fence installation and repair
• Mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual candidates preferred: Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is a plus.
