Job Description

We are seeking an AI/ML Research Engineer who will focus on developing advanced machine learning models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in ML algorithms and be able to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and foster innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines from inception to deployment.
• Work with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Support data collection and management from various sources.
• Lead efforts in model validation and performance tuning.
• Document processes, methodologies, and code for future reference.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical discussions within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in AI/ML is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning research and deployment
