Job Description

We seek a skilled Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team in Seattle. You will operate and maintain various woodworking machines, ensuring the highest quality of our products while adhering to safety guidelines and efficient production practices.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and fine-tune machinery for optimum performance and output.
• Conduct regular machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with finishing technicians to achieve desired product outcomes.
• Document production changes and inefficiencies to improve processes.
• Respond promptly to any machinery malfunctions or issues.
• Participate in safety drills and compliance training regularly.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to management.
• Prepare machines for production of different product lines.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in woodworking or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in woodworking or manufacturing environments

• Sanding Machines
• Power Tools

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
